I spilt some stardust over my knee
made a mark that burnt my skin
the smallest galaxy to dive into
when I go back among people.
Every now and then
I manage to open the door.
When they all leave me alone
when I think about the simplicity
I go unnoticed and slide
just above the earth.
In a dark forest, a damp one,
full of thick branches entwining around me
I walk barefoot
roots stuck between my toes.
There is some bread in a sack
where I collect gifts from the universe.
I walk for days, no fear of meeting people
there is nobody here.
Sometimes I stop to caress the leaves
and talk to berries
I have a sip of spicy liquor from a flask
I wash my feet and draw a sign with a stick.
No footprints are left behind me, no marks.
Never forget your solitude
go back to your well
no one can drown in his own water.
Muddy, thick or spring clean
it is your structure,
so dive in until the very bottom.
Last night I couldn't close the door.
